Casa Corvo & Casa Volpe are surrounded by a beautiful garden and a dreamy courtyard full of roses and plants. Our hosts Michaela and Mike will take care of us with caring attention. 

Take time for yourself, for your personal practice, for relaxation, reflection, journaling and more clarity. Dive into a grounding and healing journey inward.   

Lots of privacy, small group (max. 10 people), no other guests in this venue - exclusive use of the retreat place.

DAILY RYTHM (subject to change)

• 7.30–9.15 Silent walk in nature (waterfall) and meditation
• 9.30 – 11.00 Yoga Flow (in English)
• 11.00 Fresh, local vegetarian Brunch

Afternoons are free for hikes, relaxing in the calm garden, journaling, trips to the lake, sauna, massages or private yoga sessions.

• 17.00 – 18.30 Yoga Flow (in English)
• 19.00 Fresh, local vegetarian Dinner
• Friday evening: meditation and fire ceremony

We will keep quiet hours (silence/digital detox) 21:15-12:00 for a restorative calm atmosphere to rebalance and renew.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Travel expenses are not included (i.e. airline or rail tickets, etc.). If guest cancels more than 60 days before the event, all paid funds will be returned except the non-refundable CHF250 deposit. Cancellation 60 to 30 days in advance, 50% refund of full retreat price is possible. For guest cancellations fewer than 30 days before of the event, no refunds are possible. If entire event must be cancelled, for example due to natural disaster, all fees and deposits will be refunded. Event organizers reserve the option to continue with alternate teacher(s) in the unlikely event that the scheduled teacher(s) are unable to attend due to illness or another emergency.
