I'm Sandra, a dedicated yoga student and yoga teacher, currently based in Zurich, Switzerland. 

 

I'm really fortunate for having been guided by amazing yoga teachers who introduced me into Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. I am especially thankful to my most recent yoga teachers Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor whose presence and teachings have brought so much light and sweet guidance into my life.
