This joint co-creation between Sandra and Miquel includes the following activities:

10:30-13:00 Morning Bliss

Pranayama, Asana and Meditation in a peaceful open yogashala that stimulates our senses and allows us to reconnect with ourselves. A time to listen and to feel who we truly are.

The asana practice is dynamic, nourishing and balancing.

Lunch Break

Stay here in the woods, there's a lovely fireplace outside the shala  with chairs and tables.

Bring your own food or receive a healthy lunch for an additional prize of CHF 30.-

The venue invites for a balancing hike in the woods along the stream.

16:00-18:00 Cacao Ceremony and Yin Yoga with Sound Bath

In the afternoon we will share the space with ceremonial cacao, the medicine of the heart, to soften and nourish to complement the morning practice. Everything will be integrated with a grounding Yin sequence, harmonised with sounds and frequencies of healing sounds such as with the indian harmonium, singing bowls, monochord, wind chime or drum.

I recommend warm and comfy clothes.
